By accessing the RP Global Learning website and its integrated Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are a parent or guardian registering a minor, you agree to these terms on their behalf.
Integrated Platform: Our service consists of a public-facing website and a private LMS area.
Registration: To access courses, users must register via our official forms. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
User Conduct: Access is for the registered learner only. You are prohibited from sharing access links, Zoom passwords, or course materials with third parties.
Ownership: All educational materials, including inquiry-based curricula, videos, worksheets, and the "Rosalyn Paintsil" brand, are the exclusive property of RP Global Learning.
Limited License: Registered students are granted a non-transferable, limited license to view and use materials for personal educational purposes only.
Restrictions: You may not record, download (unless specified), or redistribute any content from the LMS part of the site.
Course Delivery: Premium courses are accessible only after payment confirmation.
LMS Availability: While we aim for 24/7 access, we are not liable for downtime caused by our third-party providers (Google Workspace, YouTube, or Zoom).
Refunds: Due to the immediate delivery of digital learning assets, all sales are final once the LMS access link has been shared, except where required by law.
Virtual Classrooms: During live sessions (Zoom/Meet) and in the Community Forum, users must remain respectful.
Termination: We reserve the right to revoke LMS access without a refund for any user who engages in bullying, harassment, or distribution of inappropriate content.
Data Accuracy: Our LMS uses Google Sheets and Forms to track your progress. Certificates are issued based on the completion data recorded by our system.
Certification Status: Certificates issued by RP Global Learning are internal recognitions of course completion and do not carry formal accreditation unless explicitly stated.
RP Global Learning is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific academic results or grades. We are not responsible for any technical issues on the user's end, such as low bandwidth or device incompatibility.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our LMS features. We will notify registered users via email or a platform announcement. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
