
At RP Global Learning, we strive to provide the highest quality inquiry-based learning experiences. Because our platform provides immediate access to digital resources and involves scheduled facilitator time, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds.
Instant Access Content: For self-paced digital courses where access is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the LMS access link has been shared or the digital materials have been accessed.
Course Previews: We encourage all parents and learners to view the "Free Preview" modules available on our platform before committing to a premium purchase.
Cancellations by the User: * To receive a full refund for a scheduled live session, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the session start time.
Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the session may be eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future session.
No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
Cancellations by the Academy: In the rare event that RP Global Learning must cancel a live session due to facilitator illness or technical failure, a full refund or a rescheduled date will be offered.
If you are enrolled in a monthly membership, you may cancel at any time. Your access to the LMS will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.
If you are unable to access your course due to a technical error on our platform (e.g., a broken link or a server error within our control), please contact our support team immediately. If we cannot resolve the issue within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued.
Note: We are not responsible for user-end issues such as low internet bandwidth or device incompatibility.
We understand that life happens. In cases of documented medical emergencies or extreme hardship, please contact us at support@rplearningacademy.com. We review these cases individually and may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
